Customer Experience Executive - Banking & Community Coach

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to support the Midlands branch network in Leicestershire. The role focuses on coaching colleagues, guiding customers through financial solutions, and promoting digital services.

You will work 35 hours per week on a rota, across 8am-6pm, contributing to a customer-centric culture and community engagement within the branch network.
