Our client a leading organisation is experiencing a period of growth and is looking to recruit for the job role of Customer Experience Coordinator at their Felixstowe site.

Your new role
Working as part of an expanding team, you will take ownership of dispute and claim investigation and resolution, tariff management, system management and implementation of streamlining processes, ensuring that billing activities can be achieved in the specified time periods with minimal discrepancies, and that our customers are billed accurately first time.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a proactive individual with a track record of working in a goal and KPI-orientated environment. Strong administration and IT skills will be essential, alongside excellent customer service skills.
