Customer Experience Associate - Flexible Hours & Perks

William Hill PLC in Newcastle upon Tyne wishes to recruit a part-time Customer Service Representative to be at the heart of the customer experience in our shop. You will welcome customers, help with bets, and assist with queries while showcasing how to use betting terminals and promoting safer gambling.

You will build relationships with customers, support shop displays and opening/closing activities, with shifts between 8am and 10pm.
