Customer Experience & Facilities Leader

Welcome Break in Sarn Park, Bridgend, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service and maintenance teams, delivering exceptional standards across the site. You will drive a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff, ensuring cleanliness and compliance while partnering with the Site Leader and store managers.

You'll be hands-on, coach and develop teams, manage audits and inspections, and coordinate repairs with contractors.
