Job Description
Customer Experience Agent (B2B) 
Location - Northampton
Salary - Up to £32,000
Hours - Monday-Friday Office-based
Our client is looking for a friendly, confident and professional Customer Experience Agent to join their team. You'll be helping our UK business customers day to day, answering questions, solving issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.
What You'll Do- Support customers via email, chat, and phone
- Help new customers get set up and feel confident using our service
- Handle returns, credits, refunds, and any escalations
- Keep on top of KPIs like Customer Satisfaction, Return Resolution & On-Time Orders
- Spot issues in the customer journey and suggest improvements
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Purchasing & Warehouse teams
- Manage a busy workload while staying accurate and organised
- 3+ years in customer service / customer experience
- B2B experience (orders, deliveries, returns, credits)
- IT Literate - MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail and able to follow processes
- Team player who can handle a fast paced environment
