Customer Experience Advisor - Utilities

Lanes Group is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in Bradford to support the Yorkshire Water Wastewater Service Agreement. You will liaise with Yorkshire Water customers, update them on work and collaborate with Planners and Customer Excellence Partners to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The role offers 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, and a salary of £27,500. We value excellent communication, active listening and a calm, customer-focused approach in a busy utilities environment.
