In this office-based role, you will be the first point of contact for customer orders, ensuring a smooth process through to delivery. Responsibilities include managing orders, resolving customer issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have customer service experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proactive approach. Standard hours are 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime.
