Customer Experience Advisor - Branch & Phone

Santander UK in Gravesend is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Retail Banking team. This role is 35 hours per week, on a rota basis from Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm, working at the branch and supporting customers with transactions, technology, calls, and fraud protection.

You will be the friendly face and voice of Santander, building relationships, solving problems, and continuously improving the customer experience.
