Customer-Centric Store Leader & Coach

Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cirencester to lead a store team, deliver strong performance and exceptional customer care on the shop floor. You'll coach staff, manage rotas, and ensure safe, compliant operations while driving commercial results.

You'll report to the Store Manager and own day-to-day running, stocks, audits and loss prevention. This hands-on role requires leadership, communication and a proactive approach to customer service and business targets.
