Customer Centric Service Design Lead

Karbon is seeking a Service Design Lead to drive end-to-end redesign across diverse services, ensuring changes are driven by customer needs and deliver value for money.

You will work with colleagues, customers and stakeholders to map current journeys, design future-state services, and champion customer-centred design across people, process and technology. 37 hours a week with agile working, travel to Karbon offices; fixed term until 31 August 2028.
