Our client is a fast-growing mobility start up - made in Belgium - with 60 ambitious colleagues ready to make leasing a car as easy as ordering new sneakers online!
Their customer excellence team is currently looking for an outgoing, problem solving and always positive customer care colleague.
You will join a young and supportive team of 6 colleagues and focus on after sales matters in the broadest sense.
In a nutshell you will:
Support B2B clients with all possible questions & challenges after their purchase
Act as an all-round, entrepreneurial problem solver and communicate closely with other divisions to improve the service day-by-day
Have an impact on implementing new processes and best practices
Your profile?
You preferably have a Bachelors degree and a first experience in a customer facing role.
Furthermore you are fluent in Dutch and French.
