Customer Care Data & Automation Analyst

MiniMed is seeking an Analyst - Customer Service Operations to support Funding management through reporting, data analysis and process optimisation. You will build and maintain patient data reports, dashboards and KPIs, while collaborating with HCPs, patients, field teams and technical consultants.

A focus on accuracy, data integrity and continuous improvement drives the role. The role involves supporting system migrations, validating data and ensuring seamless transitions across SAP, S/4HANA
