Customer Care Coordinator - Fast-Paced Support & Onboarding

Office Angels is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator in Northampton for an immediate start on a long-term temporary basis. The role offers £16.60 per hour, 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, to deliver high-quality customer service and build lasting relationships.

You will manage customer enquiries, support onboarding and account management, and keep CRM records up to date while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
