Customer Care & Service Coordinator (Office-Based)

thyssenkrupp Elevator is seeking a highly organised, customer-focused individual to join the Customer Care team in an office-based role. You will coordinate service activities, manage administrative tasks, and support engineers and field teams to ensure accurate records and timely service delivery.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), good communication, and attention to detail.
