Our organisation develops and produces perfumes and on top we handle the worldwide distribution of our products. We run our business with a small team from our office and warehouse in the east of Amsterdam. We are looking for a Customer Care and Order Processing Specialist to add to our team.

Job description:

SNOTbv is looking for a full-time Customer Care and Order Processing Specialist. The daily tasks will be (among others);

  • Checking and processing all incoming B2B and B2C sales orders.
  • Handling the aftersales and replying to customer inquiries.
  • Providing relevant instructions to our in-house warehouse team relating to order handling and packing.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications with (potential) clients and partners.
  • Collecting required export documents.

We are looking for someone:

  • With working experience in online customer service and/or online order processing.
  • With very good comprehension of the English language.
  • With good Excel skills (or willing to learn).
  • With great general computer skills - we work with several different systems.
  • Who is a problem solver.
  • Who is precise, stress-resistant and a structured multitasker.
  • Who is living in or around Amsterdam.

A big plus for us would be someone who also has:

  • A good comprehension of the Dutch and/or Italian language.

We offer:

  • Fulltime job - 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday.
