Financials- Starting Salary - £12.71 per hour
- Annual Bonus - approx. £2000 - £2500 (pro rated accordingly if part time)
- 5.5% Pension Contribution
- Part Time :
- 1x Monday - Friday 11-3
- 2x Tuesday-Thursday 9-5/10-6
- 22 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holiday (Pro rated dependent upon hours)

- Provide excellent care & communication to customers contacting Auger
- Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, answering simple queries related to our services
- Actively listen to the customer's needs, and transfer them to a more appropriate team if further assistance is needed
- Maintain clear records of incoming correspondence on our claim files
- Excellent verbal and written communication, enabling you to convey information clearly and professionally
- A capable multi tasker, who can handle inbound phone calls, take notes and complete follow up actions, without compromising on quality
- A passion for customer care and an empathetic approach
- Strong teamwork attributes and a desire to help colleagues
- Ability to adapt your approach to suit different customer circumstances, and think quickly to resolve their problems calmly
- You are great at caring for customers
