This role sits at the heart of our operation, supporting healthcare customers and partners by making sure orders are processed accurately and queries are resolved smoothly.If you enjoy helping people, staying organised, and being part of a team that plays a real role in supporting UK healthcare, this could be a great fit. What you'll be doing In this role, you'll be: Handling customer queries via phone and email, providing clear, professional support Processing customer orders accurately and within agreed timescales Working closely with warehouse, finance and internal teams to resolve issues Managing inboxes and keeping customers updated on order progress Dealing with urgent or special order requests calmly and efficiently Producing routine reports and supporting customer account activity Location: South Normanton, Derbyshire Salary: £28,500 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (rotating shifts between 8:30am-5:30pm) What we're looking for Previous experience in customer service, admin or order processing (preferred, not essential) Confident communication skills, both written and over the phone Good attention to detail and basic numeracy skills Comfortable using computer systems and email Able to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a busy environment A positive, team focused approach What you'll get in return Competitive salary of £28,500 Monday-Friday working pattern - no weekends Full training and ongoing support Opportunities to develop and progress within a growing healthcare business The chance to work for a company that plays a vital role in improving patient outcomes across the UKCencora is a leading global pharmaceutical solutions company that is committed to improving the lives of people and animals everywhere.
