Customer Care Advisor - Onsite, Birchwood

Betfred in Birchwood is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver clear, consistent and responsible support to customers. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and take ownership of queries from start to finish.

The role includes completing a three-week on-site training programme at our Birchwood offices, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, followed by live operation on a seven-day basis with weekend shifts.
