Customer Care Advisor - Growth & Training Path

Orbit Group in Coventry is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to help customers by phone, email and web chat, listening, understanding and resolving issues with care and accuracy. You will join a team focused on respect, care and growth, with a group induction starting 21 September 2026 and a starting salary of £26,542, plus a comprehensive training programme and progression opportunities.

Flexible shift patterns between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturday mornings, and a
