Role Overview

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued. You will handle tasks such as greeting children, handing out balloons, organising special events, attending to customers' specific needs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive communication with customers at all times.
• Keep managers informed about customer satisfaction.
• Work in a fast moving, high energy environment while maintaining a genuine smile and high energy levels.

Qualifications & Skills

We look for friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour. Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face to face verbal communication and eye contact, are essential. Ability to work efficiently and productively while maintaining high energy levels is required.
