Customer Advisor-Storage

Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm and Saturdays on a rota basis.

This role involves lone working and weekend work on a rota basis. Flexibility is required to cover holidays/sickness.

• Respond to telephone inquiries quickly and effectively.
• Provide detailed advice to customers on pricing and services over the phone and face to face.
• Give tours of our facility to potential customers.
• Upsell storage solutions and products, including cold calling prospects.
• Prepare customer contracts.
• Keep customer databases up to date.
• General housekeeping to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.

• Customer focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales enthusiast with strong numeracy skills and a passion for helping customers.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
• Proficient in IT, with a solid educational background including Maths and English.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
