Job Description
Customer Advisor

Up to £13.10 per hour depending on your age. Part time position available at 15-20 hours per week. Availability to cover shifts within the hours of 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Weekend availability will be required for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Operate all checkouts accurately and ensure customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Replenish stock on a daily basis while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Merchandise stock effectively to enhance sales.
  • Display all stock at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • Actively ensure a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Perform any other duties as required for the role.
