Customer Advisor - New Business Department 
Location: Chelmsford / Wickford. Car driver required due to location.
Salary: 26000 plus monthly commission.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time, office based.
About the CompanyWe are an expanding logistics company with eight depots across the country, operating modern, newly renovated offices between Chelmsford and Wickford.
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering incoming calls, completing contact forms and online chats, and processing hire enquiries.
- Grow relationships with existing clients and deliver an outstanding hire experience.
- Support team efforts in a busy, high-volume telephone environment. Bonus available for excellent performance.
- Excellent telephone skills and customer service experience, ideally office based or administrative role with heavy customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive; essential for rural location.
