"No two days are the same for a Customer Advisor. We're part of a bigger team, while being the face of the department, interacting with everyone in our Aftersales dept daily.
We greet our customers when they visit our showroom and stay connected over the phone, via text and email, providing regular updates. We create work invoices and warranty claims using our in-house computer systems, as well as take and allocate payments.
Always on the go, with something to do, the day never drags.
This is a fast paced and rewarding job, with the opportunity to develop a career."
