Pay rate ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on age and benefits.
Working HoursFull time - 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to midnight with a degree of flexibility required. Availability to cover mornings, afternoons and evenings is expected.
A look into the roleReporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
Responsibilities- Listening to and understanding customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
- Operating all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Replenishing stock daily while complying with the company stock rotation process.
- Merchandising stock effectively to enhance sales.
- Ensuring all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding shelf edge label.
- Actively ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
- May be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
- Any other duties as required for the role.
- Training is provided; no previous retail experience required.
