Job Description
Temporary Positions (Store, up to 6 months)

Working 8 hours per week with availability 6 am to midnight, Monday to Sunday. Flexibility within store opening hours is essential.

Pay: up to £13.10 per hour, depending on age and benefits.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring high standards of customer service are achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to:
  • Work with the Customer Advisors in our Fresh/Produce Department
  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Ensure that stock is replenished daily while complying with the company stock rotation process
  • Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales
  • Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label
  • Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times
  • May be required to cover the Post Office when necessary as part of the role

Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
  • Don't worry if you have no previous retail experience - we'll provide full training
