Your new company
Our client is a private sector organisation, based on Airport Road West.
Your new role
As a Customer Advisor in the Customer Services department, you will be responsible for recording customer and job request details on company systems and initiating appropriate responses in line with defined business processes to deliver excellent customer service. This role is Monday-Friday, in the office. You will pay particular attention to health and safety, business growth, and service delivery standards. Your tasks will include the following:
- Providing general administrative support
- Planning asset maintenance jobs and new connections
- Processing customer requests
- Verifying documentation, and inputting data into the management asset system.
- You will also handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) to include English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- At least one year's experience working within a customer service environment and dealing with telephone enquiries.
- At least two years' administrative experience.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative without supervision.
- Ability to multitask with various activities.
- Excellent communication skills, including a polite and friendly telephone manner.
- Experience working within a planning or scheduling department dealing with telephone enquiries from customers and engineers.
