We focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), vendor risk mitigation, and cloud optimisation - typically delivering 10-20% savings on major software suppliers like Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and IBM.

What sets us apart? We're completely vendor-agnostic. Unlike most of our competitors, we have no commercial ties to software vendors. This means our advice is always driven by our clients' best interests - not a resale target or referral agreement. We exist to help customers reduce costs, stay compliant, and extract more value from their existing investments - and we say it like it is.

As we expand our enterprise footprint, we're looking for a high-performing Customer Acquisition Manager to take bedigital's message to market with energy, credibility, and purpose.

Role Overview:

This is a full-life cycle, high-impact sales role with a sharp focus on new customer acquisition. You'll take charge of the entire journey - from identifying and engaging prospects through targeted outreach and prospect calling, right through to proposal, negotiation, and closing.

In your first 6-12 months, your focus will be pipeline creation - through direct outreach, strategic targeting, and value-led conversations. You'll need to be proactive, resilient, and confident in communicating the bedigital story, especially our independent, customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition & Sales Ownership

  • Drive end-to-end sales activity: from prospect identification and outreach to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Use targeted outreach and prospect calling (LinkedIn, email, events, and phone) to engage decision-makers in enterprise IT, procurement, and finance
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand client challenges and articulate value
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, progressing them with urgency and structure

Commercial & Solution Development

  • Shape solutions that address key client pain points - including software overspend, audit risk, tooling integration, and vendor complexity
  • Work with technical colleagues to scope deliverables and construct compelling proposals and SoWs
  • Confidently communicate bedigital's vendor-agnostic position and act as a trusted, unbiased advisor throughout the sales cycle

Strategic Contribution

  • Represent bedigital with professionalism and conviction, reinforcing our independent positioning in every conversation
  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership to feed insight back into our evolving go-to-market approach
  • Light touch involvement in ecosystem relationships (eg tooling providers, resellers) where helpful - but always prioritising direct customer acquisition

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in ITAM, SAM, or a related enterprise technology/services space
  • Strong track record in targeted outreach and new business acquisition
  • Excellent commercial instincts - able to shape offers, build urgency, and close effectively
  • Deep understanding of the ITAM/SAM life cycle: licensing, compliance, audit defence, tooling, optimisation
  • Gravitas and confidence to speak credibly with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CFOs, Heads of Procurement)
  • A proactive, high-energy personality with the drive to build something - not just manage pipeline
