In this role you will lead the Construction curriculum, managing and developing a team to deliver outstanding student outcomes while driving quality, performance and continuous improvement across the department. You'll work closely with teaching staff to support curriculum development and ensure students receive an exceptional learning experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification within Construction, previous management or leadership experience and excellent communication skills. A teaching qualification is required, although the college places significant emphasis on professional development and offers excellent opportunities for career progression.
