Salary: £43,211.04 - £48,887.04, dependent on experience (includes London Weighting)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiasticCurriculum Manager for our Arts & Wellbeing Department, to take strategic and operational responsibility for a diverse and creative portfolio spanningVisual & Performing Arts, Fitness & Dance, Health & Wellbeing, and Creative Writing.

This is a varied role combining curriculum development, quality improvement, tutor management and programme delivery. You will play a key part in shaping an engaging, inclusive and sustainable curriculum that responds to the needs of adult learners and the communities we serve.

This is a varied leadership role with responsibility for:

• Developing and managing an engaging, inclusive curriculum for adult learners.
• Leading and supporting tutors and technicians, including recruitment, induction, line management and professional development.
• Driving high standards of teaching, learning and quality improvement.
• Planning new courses and identifying opportunities for growth, innovation and external funding.
• Managing specialist rooms, equipment, resources and budgets, ensuring strong health and safety practice.
• Working collaboratively with curriculum, marketing, administration and facilities teams to ensure effective programme delivery.
• Supporting learners, celebrating achievement and promoting equality, diversity and accessibility.
• Building partnerships and representing the Centre within the wider community.

We are looking for someone withstrong curriculum experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a genuine passion foradult learning and the arts and wellbeing.
