Curriculum Lead, English & Languages Mastery

Carisbrooke College on the Isle of Wight is seeking a proactive leader to head the Communications Faculty (English & Languages). You will drive a rigorous, knowledge-rich curriculum and ensure ARK English Mastery is embedded from Key Stage 3 through Key Stage 4 to strengthen literacy outcomes.

You will manage a dedicated team, champion disciplinary literacy, and use data to monitor progress while guiding strategic development across the faculty within the HISP Multi Academy Trust.
