The Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating meaningful learning experiences and supporting children's development through curiosity led practice.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
• Passion for child led learning and natural learning environments
• Enthusiastic, creative, and motivated approach to working with children
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Full DBS check required for successful applicants
• Previous childcare experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain inspiring, natural learning environments using authentic and open ended resources
• Lead and encourage outdoor learning and play experiences
• Observe, assess, and support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
• Foster children's independence, confidence, and love of learning
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships with parents and carers
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
