For the Official Service of Haute-Sarine (SOCHS) comprising the municipalities of Bois-d'Amont, Ferpicloz, Le Mouret, Marly, Pierrafortscha, Treyvaux, and Villarsel-sur-Marly, is responsible, by order of the Justice of the Peace, for providing various services for those concerned, from the age of 18, who wish to strengthen its team of experienced staff, SOCHS is recruiting for - fixed negotiable between 50% to 100% Your mission As sworn in by the Justice of the Peace and under the supervision of the service manager, you will develop the social support project for the entrusted individuals, assess their needs based on their overall situation and according to the decisions of the Justice of the Peace and social services. You will establish a trust relationship with the entrusted individuals, their families, and external partners. Take all necessary measures for the protection of the entrusted individuals and ensure the execution of decisions, notably those regarding placement (institution, foster family, home), coordinate and plan network and assessment interviews and write reports ensuring the transmission of information to the relevant authorities. Actively participate in conferences and ensure the proper execution of tasks inherent to the Service, along with staff support. Profile Diploma in social work (HES or university) or deemed complementary in social insurance or confirmed experience in this field. Good listening skills, and trustworthy. Ability to work autonomously while ensuring a spirit of supportive teamwork. Good writing skills, synthesizing ability, organized, and structured. Ability to take a step back from complex situations and reassure entrusted individuals. Job Requirements Total respect for the confidentiality of the concerned individual in relation to judicial authorities (especially civil and criminal), within the framework of protection measures. Responsibility related to the protection of adults. Sometimes irregular hours, ideally distributing activity every day of the week, in person at the Service offices in Marly (Canton of Fribourg). Holder of a driving license. Ability to provide, in case of hiring, a clean extract from the Office of Debt Enforcement as well as from the criminal record. Start date: immediately to be agreed upon.
