Cultured Meat Nutrition Researcher

The University of Sheffield is seeking an enthusiastic researcher to lead translational biomedical nutrition work on cultured meat within a NAPIC funded project. You will develop an optimised gut digestive model, profile protein digestibility, and train industry partners in analytical methods.
