Culture Assurance Director - AI Insights & Global Risk Lead

GlaxoSmithKline seeks an Organisational Culture Assurance Director to shape strategy, lead analytics-driven insights and ensure governance over cultural risk across the enterprise. You will partner with senior leaders to embed culture considerations into risk and performance oversight.
