Culture & People Partner for HR Transformation

Catering in Bracknell is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to lead HR initiatives and drive a transformation journey. You will work with the CEO and senior leaders to shape culture, build workforce plans, and embed values across the organisation.

This fully office-based role offers £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience. The ideal candidate has 3 years' HR generalist experience, an AI-native mindset, and a passion for creating, improving and automating people processes.
