Culture & HR Assistant - Part-Time Payroll Support

Rand Farm Park is seeking a part time Culture & HR Support professional to join our People & Wellbeing Team at Willows Farm Day Nursery. The role focuses on HR administration, payroll assistance and supporting benefits, with contracts and compliance across our nurseries.

Working alongside the Director of People & Wellbeing, you'll gain hands on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems and data reporting, helping strengthen our culture and employee experience.
