Cultural Leader: Youth Poetry Workshops & Events

Poetic Unity, Black Cultural Archives and Theatre Peckham in London run a six-month paid Cultural Leaders scheme for young people aged 18-30. Participants gain on-the-job experience by running poetry workshops, supporting community programs, and learning how arts charities operate.

The first cohorts started in 2021 and the fourth cohort is slated to begin in March 2023. Applications close on Tuesday 31st January at 5pm, with opportunities to develop transferable skills for future employment.
