CODE in Edinburgh is building a premium seafood-led guest experience in the heart of the Old Town. We are seeking a commercially minded culinary lead who can shape the concept from sourcing and menu development through to stock control, service flow and guest experience.

This hands-on role requires deep knowledge of Scottish produce, strong supplier relationships, and the ability to deliver quality, consistency and pace at premium but accessible prices.
