CTO's Right-Hand Core Operations Lead

Electrogenos is building a fast-moving, deep-tech operation at Milton Park to bring green hydrogen to market. We seek an Operations Manager who will be the CTO's right hand, ensuring day-to-day runs smoothly while coordinating with scientists and engineers.

You'll help manage procurement, HR basics, grant inputs, and safety records, and you will help shape how the company scales as our team grows beyond 10 people.
