Job Description

Since 1944 AD Construction Group has established itself as a well-regarded refurbishment contractor providing building maintenance services within the public sector, predominantly to local authority housing associations. Working as a close-knit team the organisation has successfully proven time and time again its ability to be a serious competitor in the construction industry.

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join one of our bust project-teams working in and aroundIslington.

Main Duties

  • Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, changing/adding works and resolving issues
  • Dealing with residents' complaints and issues, either via email, phone, or visits to their home
  • Collecting KPIs upon work completion, and logging the results
  • Arranging appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary
  • Building good relationships with the residents
  • Driving license is essential
  • Strong face-to-face customer service experience
  • Good communicator, both oral and written
  • Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
  • Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
  • Basic IT knowledge

Package

  • Hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
  • 21 days of holiday + bank holidays and Christmas closure
  • Birthday day off
  • Company branded uniform, PPE, Work Phone, iPad

Additional Information

  • DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the companies expense
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Nine Month Probationary Period
