CSCS Multi Trader

Multi Trader - Nottingham

O'Neill and Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out basic maintenance duties in Maintenance. You will predominantly be working on internals work and must have your own tools.

You will need a valid CSCS Card, must have your own tools and be able to provide references.

Multi Trader duties

• Removal of cladding and glazing from the outside of a high rise apartment block.
• Removal of fascia underneath the roof, panels off the outside walls and installation of ventilation holes on the walls.
• Investigation work to bring the building up to fire safety standards; work will be on a scaffold so must be comfortable with heights and have all own tools and local knowledge.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• Experienced Multi Trader
• Located in Nottingham
• PPE (can be provided if required)
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
