CSCS Labourer

Location: Cambridge (CB2)Job Type: Long-term / OngoingPay: Competitive rates (dependent on experience)Your new companyHays Recruitment is working with a well-established contractor on a busy construction project in Cambridge (CB2). Due to ongoing project requirements, they are looking to recruit reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourers to join the team on an ongoing basis.Your new roleAs a CSCS Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting site operations and ensuring work areas are maintained to a high standard. Duties will include:

• General labouring duties across the construction site
• Assisting tradespeople with daily site activities
• Moving materials and equipment safely around site
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards
• Site clearance and waste management
• Adhering to all site health and safety regulations
• Supporting the site management team as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Previous experience working on construction sites
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good understanding of site health and safety requirements
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Own transport is beneficial but not essential.
