Job Description

Everpure in the United Kingdom seeks a Manager, Commercial Operations & Governance to lead the CSAT Center of Excellence within Monetization, establishing governance across CapEx and subscription workflows to drive actionable customer insights.

You will partner with Legal, Finance and BI to deliver executive dashboards in Tableau and ServiceNow, coach CSAT COE Analysts, and coordinate cross functional resolutions that improve retention and monetization.
