Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all CSA activities on site to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Carry out regular inspections and support QA/QC processes across all CSA packages.
• Work closely with site management, engineering teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Attend site meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings as required.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved RAMS, permits, and health & safety procedures.
• Assist with snagging, handovers, and close-out activities.

Requirements

• Trade background or relevant construction qualification.
• 3+ years' experience in a CSA Supervisory role or similar position.
• Previous Data Centre project experience would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• EU Passport or eligibility to work in Finland is essential.
