CSA Site Manager

Build critical infrastructure. Lead from the front. Deliver to the highest standard.

We're looking for an experienced CSA Site Manager to join a major data centre construction project, taking responsibility for the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of civil, structural and architectural works.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and knows how to drive subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades and keep a project moving.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of CSA works on site
• Manage and coordinate CSA subcontractors, trades and site teams
• Drive programme, productivity, quality and safety across your areas
• Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, design and project teams
• Review drawings, specifications, RAMS and construction programmes
• Identify and resolve technical, programme and coordination issues
• Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered to specification and programme
• Lead daily coordination meetings, inspections and progress reviews
• Maintain high standards of quality, housekeeping and site safety
• Report progress, risks and key issues to the Project/Construction Manager

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a CSA Site Manager / Construction Manager
• Strong background in data centres, mission-critical or large-scale commercial construction
• Solid knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple work fronts
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, drawings and specifications
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to lead from the front and drive delivery in a demanding environment
• Relevant construction qualification or equivalent experience
