CSA Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to work with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor based in Dublin. In this role you will lead the delivery of major construction projects from pre construction through commissioning and close out. You will represent the project team on site, taking full responsibility for day to day CSA operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on site CSA activities from mobilisation through to commissioning and demobilisation
• Support the Project Manager in developing construction programmes, short term lookaheads, and site logistics plans
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour allocation, materials, plant, and daily site activities to ensure programme targets are achieved
• Lead site safety initiatives including inductions, toolbox talks, audits, permit systems, and compliance with HSEQ standards
• Monitor productivity, maintain site diaries, chair subcontractor meetings, and drive issue resolution across trades
• Review construction drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and quality procedures
• Ensure inspection and testing processes are completed to the highest standards, driving a zero snag culture

Requirements

• Salary €75,000 - €90,000 DOE.
