Job Description
CSA Quantity Surveyor 
CSA Quantity Surveyor required to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in Dublin, working on a large-scale Data Centre project. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of CSA packages from procurement through to final accounts, ensuring effective cost control and project delivery.
Responsibilities- Assist with the commercial management of CSA packages
- Support procurement, subcontractor management, and cost reporting
- Carry out site measurements and assist with valuations and variations
- Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow updates
- Monitor project costs and highlight commercial risks
- Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings
- Assist with client invoicing and subcontractor payments
- Support final account negotiations and project close out
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction related discipline
- 3+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Experience working on CSA packages within Data Centre, Commercial, or Industrial projects preferred
- Strong understanding of cost control and subcontract management
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Must be based in Ireland or the UK and eligible to work in Ireland without sponsorship
- Salary €70,000 - €80,000 DOE
