CSA Project Lead - Construction & BIM Delivery

Mercury is seeking an experienced Construction Lead to coordinate Civil, Structural, and Architectural work streams on major projects in the UK. You will drive site safety, QA, schedule adherence, and commercial management with cross-functional teams including clients, main contractors, and subcontractors.

The role requires 10-15+ years in construction, a relevant engineering degree, and strong leadership and BIM/CAD proficiency. A demanding, high-impact position within a supportive Mercury team.
