CSA Package Manager - Finland

We are currently recruiting a CSA Package Manager to work for a leading Engineering Contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Finland.

The role will have responsibility for Groundworks or Steel/Envelope packages across the project.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of CSA packages, with a focus on Groundworks or Steel/Envelope, across a large-scale Data Centre project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, RFIs, procurement schedules and package documentation.
• Monitor installation progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Work closely with construction, engineering, commercial, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage package budgets, resources, procurement and reporting requirements.
• Support inspections, snagging, completion and handover activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, or relevant trade qualification.
• 5+ years' experience managing CSA packages on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong experience with Groundworks or Steel/Envelope packages.
• Experience managing subcontractors, procurement activities and project programmes.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
